Thanks to everyone who helped out with the Walker Stallcup Scholarship BBQ Dinner! We had a huge crowd and want to thank everyone who helped out selling tickets, the kitchen volunteers, the cooking team, the musicians, and all those who came out to eat.

This Thursday, March 8th through Saturday is the 9th Annual Walker Stallcup Memorial Baseball Tournament! If you need a shirt to wear once your State-Bound Jackrabbit T-shirt is dirty, buy one of these to support the scholarship fund!

The 8th Annual Walker Stallcup Tournament begins this Thursday, March 9, and will continue to this Saturday, March 11.

Concession stand will include hotdogs, hamburgers, bratwurst, smoked pulled pork, German sausage, and more!
Save the date for the upcoming Walker Stallcup Memorial Baseball Tournament taking place on March 9, 10, and 11. Games will take place at Bowie High School and Henrietta High School. Bowie will square off against Burkburnett at 6:00 PM on March 9.
Also, the annual BBQ Dinner will take place on Friday, April 28 (Senior Night) in the Bowie High School cafeteria.

Congratulations to the 2016 Walker Stallcup Memorial Scholarship recipients. This morning, 28 well-deserving students received their award at the scholarship ceremony held at Bowie High School. Well wishes for your future academic success!

A belated but sincere thanks is in order to everyone who participated in the BBQ Cookout last Friday! Special thanks to our cooks Cole Walker, Tim Pigg, and Tiny Garrett, to J.D. Clark for providing music, to Lita Ogg for her much-needed help and guidance in the kitchen, and all of the servers and helpers (2016 senior volunteers, Justin Slade, Kelly Roth, Kevin Polk, Pam Walker, and Brenda Walker)! Also, this could not have been a success without those who took time out of their day to come eat, as well as those who donated.
